Two employees of this company knocked on my door, at two different times. They stated that they were doing free roof inspections due to recent hail damage. When telling the first individual I am not interested, a second individual came back to provide the same offer. This time, however, the individual climbed up on our roof, without any written or verbal permission to do so. This individual climbed on the roof, checked for hail damage, without permission. Not only was this startling to realize that this associate had no regard for the property of others, but also disobeyed trespassing laws. This is recorded on a *** Doorbell.

I have nothing but great things to say about Reginald with Spartan Restoration. After some bad hail storms last year, I had a lot of people knocking on my door. How can you trust anyone? I wanted to go with a referral. Reggie did some work on some of my neighbors houses (quite a few actually) and they all spoke highly of him, so I asked him to come out. He came out that night and was very detailed doing a walk through of the damage. He's very knowledgeable of how insurances claims work, what the adjusters look for, and more importantly, what the adjusters will miss. He was spot on with everything. We worked directly with the insurance company when needed, and was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the process. The roof replacement went very smoothly and it looks great. No complaints. He came back and brought me up on the roof and showed me everything they did. I couldn't be there for the whole replacement so he took videos and sent me updates throughout the process. It only took 2 days. It's been 8 months later and I'm still dealing with some other (non roof) related items with insurance. I gave Reggie a call after 8 months and he showed up at my house 3 hours later to help go over my options again, and even offered to help me get some of these other things done, even though it's not his trade. He's truly been the best of the best, and you can't go wrong with him. I hope I don't have this much damage again, but I have Reggie on speed dial and will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a solid referral, and not just a door to door hustler.

Spartan recently replaced my roof. Reginald is a true professional and managed the process from start to finish including working with the insurance company, making it very easy on me. They delivered everything promised on time and on budget. I’m very satisfied with both the quality work and the “above expectations” service provided. I recommend this company.

There are many roofing companies and after a hail storm, you learn about them. Many have credible and enticing spiels and it is difficult to discern the differences between them. So it comes down to listening, looking them in the eye, researching and then going with your gut. That was our approach after the hailstorms of July 2019. Reginald Knighton knocked on our door and with the content and sincerity of what he said, we decided to go with Spartan Restoration. We are very glad we did! Mr. Knighton was part of the process from start to finish. With his knowledge of and experience in the roofing business, he made sure our roof was replaced properly. Above and beyond, he explained to us the process and served as our advocate with our insurance company and HOA. Documentation was done throughout, an example that transparency is important to this company. The character of all the employees we encountered was impressive. Next time oiur roof is in need of attention, Spartan Restoration will get our business!

We had leak in roof installed by Spartan in May2017 after contacting Spartan Joel sent a rep to fix issue Tues 9/25/18 fixed issue and informed us of an issue non related that also needed attention very happy to their response D K Harrison Ohio

Spartan came back in town to address problems with a leak. They fixed the problem even though it was not related to the work they had done,it was due to a leaking chimney cap area.Their man fixed it so that I had the time to get bids on redoing the chimney caps and saved the day! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof! Thanks for the Customer Service!
