We purchased a used car from here in SeptemberThere was a spot of rust we were assured would be fixed if we bought the carFirst, they tried to cover it up and lied, saying it was fixedUpon being caught in the lie, they asked us to bring the car back and they would fix it properlyI drove over an hour back for them to tell me I would have to come back and leave the car at least one night for them to properly fix it, which at the time sounded like they really cared because they wanted to do it rightWe did this, it took two nights instead, and they still didn't fix it! And now are blaming the weather for the rustWhen asked, they blamed the body shop and gave us their number and blew us off, despite telling the body shop to do exactly what they didWe spoke to the body shop and he admitted it didn't sound right, but he could only do what Spartan Toyota asked him to doAnd the free oil changes they promised us? 100% lieDrove out of my way to get an oil change and still had to pay for it, that Toyota dealer telling us they had never heard of Toyota giving free oil changesAnd we are still waiting for the title to the car they messed upWe've talked with several different people there, and they all play stupid, saying we've never contacted themRick Artibee does not care about his customers and is looking to make a quick buck
