Hi [redacted], please try and understand how we do our billing. The question at hand is for Jan. & Feb. of 2017 please understand we always bill our customers a month behind, we do the work first and then bill our customers. So the invoice that they received in Jan. was not for Jan. but was for...

Dec. so how did we service the spa at the end of Dec. with 4' of snow on the grown. ( we serviced the spa in between storms and still we  had to deal with 4' of snow on the ground I think my staff is to be commended ) we got 4' of snow on Dec. 26-2016 we serviced the spa on Dec. 28-2016 and removed the 4' of snow from the cover.  On Dec. 30-2016 we got 4' of new snow. So if the home owners visited there cabin at the begging of Jan. before we had a chance to service there spas and remove the snow from the spa cover, it's because they got to the cabin before we had a chance to serves there spa . I have always In joyed [redacted] as a customer and the thank you notes that she would in closed with each payment she has made, just saying think you for taking care of our spa. (You can't ask for a better customer then that) In Jan. we stopped using our spa maintain report sheet so we could become paperless so because of customer request our customers will be. Receiving a have a report sheet each month PS. If I am wrong then I will be more then happy to refund there money to [redacted].
