We had not heard back from our customer regarding the refund. The refund will be issued immediately.

We agree to reimburse Ms. [redacted] for the spa service charge. Generally we charge a fee for non-warranty service or labor. We apologize for not being able to install the pump that Ms. [redacted] purchased. Please note that Ms. [redacted] opted to purchase the new pump on her own and not through our company....

We provided an estimate to Ms. [redacted] for the purchase and installation of a new pump. Ms. [redacted] purchased a pump online which we cannot provide a warranty for.
