Review: I made a purchase on 4/11/15 and still have not received the item. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service with no response. They only provide an email for customer service, not a phone number. They say they have live chat but there is no link. I have also tried to contact through [redacted]. I am unsure if this business is still operating, yet they took my money!

Review: I had placed an order with Spa Skin on October 3, 2015 for a facial product. They processed my credit card payment for the full amount and I received a confirmation email with Order #140716, it didn't ship until 11/10/15 which I received a confirmation email for.

As of today 1/13/16 I still have not received the product that I paid for. I have sent them at least 7 emails, and a letter and left a phone message. No response at all.Desired Settlement: Refund my full purchase amount.

Review: I ordered a cream which supposedly was sent. I never received the product, it was shipped in February. I could not get in touch via phone only via email. I sent three emails over a period of three weeks (end of march and two in April) with no response. I called capital one and also sent a certified letter to spa skin. I could not contact them through the email channel nor the chat online. and I would like to have my account properly credited.Desired Settlement: please refund my credit card for the purchase price of $81.00

Review: Hi. I ordered a bottle of [redacted] censored treating mist, which is a facial care product. I have used this product for many years, and know what it should smell/feel like, as well as that there is a seal on every box. When I received this product from SpaSkin, however, the seal on the box had already been clearly cut, the box was smashed, and the spray has a smell that is different from the same product I have used for so many years. I immediately contacted SpaSkin via their email address on their website, and got nothing back. I then private messaged them on their [redacted] page, and again no reply. I finally wrote a third time, again to the email address on their website. Still, no response. They have charged me for this used and defective product but will not reply to my request for a refund.Desired Settlement: I think that SpaSkin should refund the full purchase amount to my credit card. I initially wished to have an unopened bottle of the product sent to me, but with their lack of customer service, I prefer to just get my money back and be done with them. Thank you so much for your help.

Review: I have placed online order on 7/24/15,and my credit card was charged for the amount of 59.25 and I have also received confirmation email from the company. after 4 weeks no delivery was made so I checked order tracking from the above website, which shows payment still pending(even though my credit card is already charged). since then I have sent several emails in the last 2 weeks ,to them but no response.Desired Settlement: either deliver the ordered product or refund my money.

Review: I ordered products from [redacted] on 12/17/2013 and have not yet received them. I have attempted to contact [redacted] through their website as directed, to no avail. I have not received any response to several email requests. I have also posted a request for response on [redacted]'s Facebook page, also to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want my products delivered to my address at the company's cost as soon as possible.

Review: I placed an order with SPASKIN on 9/6/15, the company confirmed receipt of my order on 9/8/2015, and the charge was posted to my credit card on 9/10/15 in the amount of $127.20 however I have yet to receive the products I ordered 40 days ago. I have sent numerous emails (four in total) to the company but have not received a reply nor an email confirmation back from the company to even indicate my order has been shipped. Their Web Site does not provide a telephone number for contact and their Live Chat is never turned on. The Order Number placed is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would either like to immediately receive the product that I ordered and paid for 40 days ago or a full refund issued to my Credit Card in the amount of $127.20.

Review: I placed an online order with [redacted] on 10/23. They charged my credit card on that same day. As of today, I have not received my order. I have sent two emails to them, asking for the missing product. They have not replied. There is no phone number which I can use to contact them. In checking other related websites I see that there are many other similar complaints. I am very disappointed and want to file a complaint so that others will not be swindled as I have been.Desired Settlement: The order was for $63.15. I would like to have the amount refunded and I will not do business with this company again.

Review: I ordered two items from SpaSkin.com, order [redacted] on 1/2/16. I received an email that the products were shipped on 1/13/16, but I never received delivery of the products. I have contacted them several times by email to find out the status of the order, but have not received a reply. I tried the phone number in the yellow pages, but the phone is disconnected.Desired Settlement: If the order cannot be delivered, I would like a refund.

Review: SpaSkin.com charged my credit card $54.00 on October 9th 2015 and I have yet to receive my product. I've emailed them 5 times and no one has responded. the website only offers an email or Live Chat to contact. I found their number on my credit card transaction and their phone number is disconnected.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money back.

Review: Ordered product on 24 July 2015 value $158, order # [redacted] After 25% discount credit card was charged for $118.50 Did not receive product. Emailed company 27 Sept and 26 Oct about missing product, both times no response. Called phone number that was temporarily displayed on website (seems to be removed now) on 17 November, left voice mail with call back phone number but also no response.

Side note: I initially waited with contacting Spaskin because I have experienced very late deliveries with this company before so was not too alarmed at first.Desired Settlement: I prefer to have my order delivered within 2 weeks but if no guarantee possible I rather have a refund on my credit card

Review: I purchased Items from [redacted] on 12-09-14. I have never received the product. I have contacted them through their E-Mail 7 times and have received no response. They have no phone number listed and the phone number listed on my credit card statement is out of service. THey say they have a "LIVE CHAT" service but there is no way to access this service on their website. I am frustrated! I Just want the product that I purchased and paid for. Mr A[redacted] and Envy Liberty Holdings, operating as [redacted], have withheld a deposit refund for 5 months with zero communication. When I call, I am told 'the check is in the mail.' There is no correspondence, I have to re-explain who I am and why I'm calling almost weekly. We are within our rights for a refund of the deposit according to their own policy, and we've been told a multitude of times they have every intention of forwarding the check. Then nothing. For five months. This makes them liars and thieves as far as I'm concerned. I should not have to phone weekly, only getting Mr Alex A[redacted] voicemail, never once a return call, for a valid refund. This reeks of scamming senior citizens.

Review: I ordered six products from this company on Nov 14, 2015 for a total cost of $163.20. One month later, I have not received the products. My credit card was billed for this amount. I have sent several emails asking when I can expect delivery and have not received any responses to my emails. The phone number listed for this company is not in service.

This appears to be a fraudulent company. How do I get my money back?Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of my money.

Review: This is the second time I've filed a complaint against this company. This time I ordered product from SpaSkin online on October1, 2015. Last week I sent an email informing them that I had not received my order. There has been no response and nothing has been delivered. They have $127.87 of mine and I have no merchandize. I wish to file a complaint of fraud against this company. They need to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive my order or have the money refunded.
