My name is [redacted], I'm the sale person at Spatech. I was informed by Revdex.com that the customer Thuc Vy N Truong has filed a complaint against our company regarding our service and product. I'm writing this email to explain in details about the addressed issues that the customer has had. 
 
We have stated clearly in the manual book that the spa chair need a certified plumber to install and hook up the unit. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any damage, including leaking as the customer said, that is caused by improper installation and handling. However, we did send a technician to her salon for repairment. On the day of the scheduled repair date, our secretary called her to confirm about her issues so our technician can bring the right parts to fix for her. She told our secretary that we don't need to come to fix anymore because she has scheduled an appointment with the lawyer that day to sue us. However, our secretary calmly told her we will still send the technician out as scheduled. The technician arrived at her site and checked the spa chair and found out one of the problems was that the customer didn't turn the overflow correctly so the whirlpool was lock and off. The other problem was the massage made noise but our technician has exchanged the other one for her that same day.
 
The reason she couldn't reach us a few times because she called on weekend and came to our office after our working hours when we were closed. Our secretary did return her missed calls and discussed and reported her issues on a service ticket. She doesn't understand that we need to schedule for appointment to send our technician. She expected our technician to come to her salon for repairment right away on the same exact day on our busy schedule so she got upset.

Review: I bought their Spa Pedicure chair after a day that they install the Chair didn't working right ,water leaks,spa wirpool turn off ,massage part on and off , I try to call them but no one answer the phone ,they're ignore my calls. I drove 1 hour to their company but they close , I still have the paper warranty 5 years of the chair from company,they're think once they sold their product they don't care customer services or warranty,the company sell bad product not like they said when they try to sell for me and I already paid 8600$ for them,so I just want they exchange the chair that didn't work and if the chair has problem they have to fix it.Desired Settlement: Bad and cheat company ,everyone should aware this company
