mind, will you please let me know which location you had the poor experience and the approximate date of the issue? For the 2 months of membership request of a refund, did you have these services or are these rollovers? I would like to contact the owner to resolve as quickly as possible. I would also like to extend a complimentary service for your inconvenience as this is not how we ever want a member or guest to feel about their experience at Spavia. Thank you for getting back to me. I am not sure who is responding to me - I thought that Erica was the franchisee for the Greenwood Village, CO location and that this complaint was going to her. If this is the first she has heard of this, we have an issue as both times my appointments were no longer on the books, the spa employees advised me that they would be contacting Erica and she would review the tapes to try and determine why my appointments were no longer on the books. Anyway, as for the incident dates - the first incident occurred on 4/23 and that is the time I was sent to another location (Lone Tree, Co) and was charged extra for a deep massage. The second incident occurred 7/19 and I was given an appointment later in the week. So, both times, I did receive a service but am seeking a membership refund for those 2 months due to the inconvenience. I look forward to your response. Thank you - [redacted]
