I am rejecting this response because:
It is complete **word rejected**Here is where the problem beganCEO *** *** did an illegal eBay auction for a day presale This guy can make claims to have been given permission from an eBay rep to do this auction, and I can claim to have seen bigfoot last night but without any "proof" both claims are unlikely.
He he blames everybody else and takes zero responsibility and has zero resolve in his toneThe eBay rep told him to do the illegal sale so he can rip someone off is his first wild claim with no proofThen he says sonic gaming lied to him about selling him the PS4'sI heard about this from him before and he says he has email proof but he never showed me anythingWith his outlandish stories I find it hard to believe that he even has these emails but am not sure, he said he had them just never sent them over to meLastly , it's my fault because I'm "extorting him and blackmailing him" because I keep asking for my refund.
Thats t's the best part of it all, this guy makes wild claims that he sent me a refundMore lies and deceit from this sellerHe is not selling on eBay because he is on a high fraud watch alert, and his several negative feedback a would most likely discourage any buyer to buy from him
its been very frustrating dealing with this sellerHe has lied to me and then when he told
me he's not refunding me he laughed at me and told he had to go get ready for a vacationHe continuously mocked me and re-victimized me about how he's keeping my money He has made me lose thousands of hours chasing this down since last November 20th until nowThe anguish and stress have been very rough for me when your dealing with a lying thief such as this guy and his wild claims with zero proofI feel he hatched this plan to rob someone on eBay and I was
the unlucky victim
He is a scam artist who usese
deceiptful business practices and deception to prey upon unsuspecting ebayersHe has several negative feedback on eBay including one buyer saying "try to use other sellers , if possible" lmaoHe has a www.***.com account where he asks unsuspecting financial investors to invest money in his corporation so he can scam them toHe lists his business as
worth $650,on Angie's list but it's probably worth $if he's lucky
He he also told me to contact FBI Agent *** Gearhard and left a number 1-***I called the number and it's the owner of the spawn point gamers loungeHe impersonated an FBI agent tp
try to dupe me out of pursuing my refund
I decided I need to warn people about the serious shady nature of this individualI wrote honest accounts on angieslist, yelp , ***.com ....ripoffreport and ***.org
he went on ***.org and called me a liar and said he refunded meWell proof is in the pudding and I just got an email from eBay high value claims team
member Tara D which states the truth.
I have not not received the item or the refund from this sellerEverything he says is a complete lieFurthermore he made up allegations of death threats and other acts of violenceHe also threatened me with the FBI bc I owns website called the marijuana-times.com It is a website that reports stories on medical marijuana and marijuana busts in the USA He did this in an attempt to get of paying me a refund and justification for his actionsThis is just one of the many ways this seller revictimized me over and overHe claimed to have talked to all these law enforcement agencies with out offering any real proof and I would like to reference my bigfoot claim once again Call ***
Gearhard at 1-*** and you can hear it's the owner of spawn point gamers loungeHe completely planned on ripping me off an d I go back to the begging of his repose when he says"technically" I got what impaid

The eBay auction in question specifically stated that the
purchase was for the claim ticket for the items and not the item itself.
This was the only way eBay allowed us to do the sale since it technically did
not count as a pre-sale.  An eBay representative confirmed for...

us
personally that this was allowable before they approved the listing.  The
claim ticket was sent and received by Mr. [redacted] right away and he left good
feedback.
The listing was made with the intention of shipping the PS4's to the holder of
the claim ticket from a distributor called Sonic Games also DBA Sonic
Gaming.  One of their phone reps assured us they would have PS4's
available on time.  We were later informed that the rep in question was
fired for misleading clients and that PS4's would not be available to smaller
companies for some time after initial launch.  I spoke with the President
of Sonic Games who claimed ignorance, called me a liar, and hung up on me,
despite an email record stating otherwise.  This left us in a bad situation.
There were still a few months before launch and we no longer had a
supplier.  Extra efforts were even made to work out deals with Wal-Mart
and GameStop to obtain some at retail cost, but fell through.  The one
system our company did manage to obtain was already spoken for long before the
eBay auction by one of our local customers who put in his presale order first.
The owner called Mr. [redacted] upon learning that no PS4's would be available
until at least Christmas and asked if he would like a refund.  The owner
had planned on purchasing the PS4's on credit but set aside part of his own
finances to make the refund possible.  Mr. [redacted] said something to the
effect of, "Well this is getting scary," because he had planned to
resell all 9 consoles instead of using them for personal use, which was the
main intention of the sale.  Rather than cut his losses, Mr. [redacted] told
us repeatedly that he did NOT want his refund and only wanted the PS4's which
we could not promise him any longer.  For a few days, more attempts were
made to find PS4's, but then Mr. [redacted] threatened to sue us for the amount of
the sale plus several thousand dollars more.  We consulted our legal /
business people who told him over the phone that this was impossible and you
cannot sue people for money you MIGHT have made.  If we could, we would
have just sued Sonic Games (which we considered).  We urged him to just
take the refund, but he still refused, calling us rip-off artists.  His
tone became legalistic instead of cordial so we reverted our decision to stick
to strict eBay guidelines whereby the sale of the actual claim ticket he
purchased was technically in his possession.  Although the return policy
stated 7 business days, we gave him an extension if he sent us back the claim
ticket.  At first, he said we had made up the ticket or something to that
effect, but later he actually found it.  Unfortunately, he mailed it out
requiring a signature during the Christmas season and we were closed for
renovations to fix a problem with paint absorbing odors.  Incidentally,
the owner was in California visiting his brother who had been hospitalized and
nobody was there to authorize the letter so it bounced back.
Both parties were sort of unaware of what was going on.  Mr. [redacted]
suspected trickery and the owner did not even realize it had been finally
sent.  Mr. [redacted] started to call the owner's personal number and
threatened to come down to San Antonio and personally do physical harm with
gruesome metaphors such as kicking his teeth out and stuffing them down his
throat, shoving a pitch-fork up his as, and other harassing remarks.
Similar threats were made to the staff, who did heckle Mr. [redacted] because to
them it sounded ridiculous.  However, at no point in time did the owner
heckle Mr. [redacted] about how the money was spent.  In fact, the trip to
California was entirely funded by his father.
Due to threats, which range from assault to possible man-slaughter, there was
an investigation in to Mr. [redacted]' real intentions.  It was discovered
that he is the owner of a company called, "The Marijuana Times",
which suggests that he may possibly be involved with federally banned
substances.  We contacted SAPD as well as the FBI in San Antonio and San
Francisco.  The FBI was "VERY interested" in getting all his
contact information.  They told us that due to the threats made against
us, we no longer had an obligation to do further business with him, especially
if there was possible involvement with illegal substances.
eBay was contacted by Mr. [redacted] and they contacted us with a high value
claim.  eBay apologized because they did not realize he'd been making
threats, which changed the nature of the situation entirely.  eBay
contacted us personally and we concluded that eBay was partly to blame because
they gave us misleading information about what sort of auctions / sales were
allowable, and that the hostility was serious enough that something had to be
done.  eBay proposed sending Mr. [redacted] the refund to see if he'd stop
harassing us and we agreed to repay them the full amount in installments or via
our eBay account so there would be oversight by a third party and so we would
not have to do business with him personally, as per instructed by the FBI.
On January 10 of 2014, Mr. [redacted] sent us an email, taunting us about how eBay
was sending him a refund and we decided our business with him was
concluded.  He then proceeded to buy a shirt from our eBay account.
We refunded him and warned him that we would no longer do ANY business with him
and that he was banned from our store should he ever be in town.  However,
he then proceeded to leave negative feedback anyway.
We did not hear much from Mr. [redacted] until just a few days ago when he called
the owner from a restricted number and started threatening him again.  Mr.
[redacted] made several negative reviews on different sites that embellish the
facts of events.  We warned him that this was a bad move on his part
because it opens him up to slander and libel charges.  He even went so far
as to place a $250 reward for a picture of the owner's face and is trying to
harass members of the company including the former Vice President (who resigned
a long time ago).  We thought maybe he was bored and trolling us at
first.  The reviews he said he'd made did not appear on our searches, but
he kept sending us pictures so we thought he had photo-shopped them and was
messing with us.  However, it now appears he is attempting to get a second
refund from us, this time, going directly without a third party, on top of the
one he already got.
This incident has, unfortunately, discouraged us from using eBay for any
further sales.  Mr. [redacted] has threatened to buy more items from us under
different accounts and leave continual negative feedback.  eBay has
distanced themselves from the situation at this point and are not responding to
our emails about removing this feedback.  We all feel that Mr. [redacted] is
way too paranoid and let his imagination run wild.  Had he simply taken
his refund the first time then none of this nonsense would have happened.
Due to the fact he already has a refund and continues threats of assault,
harassment, and denouncing our company, and because we've been instructed by
the FBI not to do business with Mr. [redacted], we feel we're under no obligation
to pay him anything.
We can supply the Revdex.com with full email records of events if need be and you can
interview our employees about the situation as well.
