Refused a refund on a sink and refused to refund a price difference on a slab We purchased our slabs from two of SPazios locations [redacted] told our fabricator [redacted] that he would refund the price differences charged from the separate locationsHe never did and denied ever promising this credit claiming that the price difference was b/c they were from different lotsWe also purchased a sink from themI returned it with [redacted] who looked at it and said it looked fineHe later called me and said he had confirmed with [redacted] that they would be refunding us for the sinkThe refund never came so I called today only to be told now that the sink is scratched and I would not be getting a refund
