Thank you for contacting us regarding this issueAll of the items we sell in our online store are made for special occasions and usually only a one time useMuch like a Halloween store will not accept returns on November 1stBecause of this we post very clear in our store policy that we do not accept returnsWe do however offer exchanges or store credit in case someone needs a different size or color We also offer free fabric samples as well before placing any orderWe do sometimes run into customers that are angry that they can not return their item for a full refund even though we are very clear about our policies on every item listing pageThis customer said she received a jacket covered in animal hair even though we do not have any animals around our productionWe do other faux fur products, so maybe there is a slight chance some of that was on thereWe tried to explain this to herShe demanded it was animal hairWe offered to send her a new item and she was unwilling to work with us in any way other then receiving a full refundShe was very rude and nasty from the start and threatened to call you if we didn't do exactly what she demandedShe did file a claim on *** and got a full refund as *** usually sides with the buyerIt's very unfairWe ask that this be removed if possibleIf you look at out ratings and feedback, we try unbelievably hard at keeping our customers happyShe is just a very difficult personI don't believe this is fair to usThank you so much for your time and have a great day
