Superior Paving has still not fixed all of the issues, despite indicating they would be here to complete all of the problems on July - they actually came on July and did small repair, but the larger parking area has still not been addressed Regards, [redacted] ? ?

I talked with [redacted] a couple of weeks ago and told him I was back up in ***, so it would be a little while before I was able to get back downI told him it would be in the fall sometime and that I would be in touch with himHe seemed fine with that, so I was surprised when I received the complaint from him.Thank you, [redacted]

I am aware of the situation we are coming over to fix it I'm sorry it hasn't been fixed as of yet but with the wet Spring has brought us behind schedule by the end of summer project will be fixed please be patient with me and it will be done thank you

We have been in discussion spoke with each other fix our problems and now have a better sense of what each other wants I am bringing more material to make it even and pave the whole left by the water main

Until the left side of the parking area is fixed and the water main hole is coordinated with the *** *** *** to ensure it is raised to a proper height and then filled, this matter is not yet resolved As of yesterday, I forwarded contact information for *** to work with the *** *** ***This is a small town and the person at the water company is awaiting his call or text and can come asap *** indicated he would be here today, Friday, July to complete all of the issues He did not appear As this has been the issue all along, I cannot accept any resolution until it is actually resolved

Like I previously stated we will be there to finish she's given us a July deadline will be done before that just been a rough summer very hot very busy audit excuse but thank you for the extension we will take care of it

I am rejecting this response to keep this claim open as there have been numerous deadlines given and not met? Despite the response regarding the heat, the was a previous commitment to fix the parking area when it was not too hot? The weather has indicated that starting Tuesday, the temperatures should remain in the 70s to 80s and I would hope *** doesn't wait until the last day (July 31) to finish the repair as it is summer and it does get hot?

That is news to me. I have a copy of the invoice that clearly states he will be back later the same day to do the striping.At the present time I am on vacation, but when I return I will post a copy of the invoice where the statement is clearly written.
