I am attaching copies of both adoption contract and return contract both signed by Ms*** ***Our adoption contract clearly states our refund policyOur Return Contract also clearly states no refund would be issued to Ms*** which she
acknowledged with her signature
However, we will gladly make an exception and refund Ms*** her money via check which will be mailed to the address we have on file

I finally received a copy of the report. Thank you I would have NEVER received it, had I not of filed a report.
