recommended for towing trailers Jeremy explained that setup to both *** and her boyfriend the day of purchase of which they agreed to purchase Jeremy explained the contract and all applicable fees to both *** and her boyfriend and *** signed the contract agreeing to said price When *** called the day after sale and said she didn't want the hitch but instead wanted to know if she could substitute the hitch pkg of $for a RV cover and New tires installed and wanted the old tires for spares Jeremy said he would accept that offer and followed through with his promise After *** took delivery of the camper she contacted *** the day after to say there was a price tag on the box that our parts department listed a price She said she wanted a break down on the costs of everything at which *** broke down the prices of what she and him made an agreement on The tires were per tire, $removal/mounting, for the cover, for our time to run to service shop in Sheboygan and the remaining difference was profit of $ Profit is not a dirty word in business and we were upfront with that and she didn't want us to profit anything Because of her dissatisfaction with what she feels we took advantage of her, *** went above and beyond as much as to say he would be willing to give her a $in-store credit She was not willing to agree so that is where she left things with us
