Mass shootings during Former President Barack Obama.
Mass Shooting taken place since Obama's second Term in office which Nancy Pelosi was a senator and now is Speaker of the House, possibly she hired those mass shooters to make those scenes at concert, at public School and at parade/carnivals to shoot down kids because Failure Of Abortion Proposal, to recover the deficit ceilings through selling aborted babies to China.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2014/04/07) */
The complaint was made in 2014, the licensed inspector did the inspection in and followed the Standards of Practice of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) AS WAS DONE FOR MULTIPLE PREVIOUS inspections for this SAME consumer
The consumer signed the inspection contract prior to this inspection which states"This Agreement Does Not includeMold, Radon or Asbestos testing, opinions regarding geological, water, soil, air, health, environmentalfactors." Additionally, the contract states, "...liability of company shall terminate one year from the date of the inspection if Client shall not have previously notified Company of a complaint."
The consumer also contacted an attorney and ASHI, Great Lakes ChapterShe received a phone call from a Board member of ASHI who told her the inspector did NOTHING wrong because asbestos is not part of ASHI Standards of PracticeWe would be happy to supply the name and phone number of that person
Millions of homes across America contain Asbestos which is NOT a health hazard if encapsulated or not friable (crumbling, falling apart and floating in the air)If the consumer was so concerned about health issues, perhaps there should have been testing done on flooring and paint because a home of that age most certainly contains other environmental hazards such as additional asbestos and lead
The inspector is not responsible for remediation at any time much less FOUR YEARS laterThe consumer requested reimbursement of $yet did not supply a written estimate or photos for something the business is not responsible for in the first place

home inspection... a State requirement. It's obvious that the listing agent did not properly prepare the seller for the home inspection as systems of the house must be accessible for inspection.
Since the inspection, NO ONE has made any attempt to contact me regarding this issue... NO phone call, NO email, NO text message, NO voice mail!!! If they had, I would have responded immediately. This written complaint is the first I knew of this issue.
In order to gain access to the attic, the shelves had to be moved and the selling agent helped me do this. The shelves had to be emptied because items on them were too heavy and overloaded for the structural integrity of the unit. Once that was done and we attempted to move it, the back of the unit simply fell off. We noticed that there was some tape already on the back indicating this had happened before. There is NO way we put a hole in the piece. Again, it just simply fell off. I suggested that we tape it back on. The selling agent found some tape and he did just that.
Once the shelves were moved, I proceeded to bring in my ladder and inspect the attic. Afterward, the selling agent and I slid the shelves back into place and replaced the items that were removed. There is no way we could have placed the items exactly the way they were originally.
I am denying payment of $65 for an overloaded press board structure that should have emptied and moved prior to inspection.
Had we NOT moved the shelves, it would have caused me to make a return visit after the seller moved the unit themselves. My fee for returning to complete the inspection is $100. Historically, the home owner pays the fee because it was their fault for not having the home ready for inspection in the first place.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/03/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This service provider isn't taking any responsibility for the destruction of our property. When a home inspection is done, the owners should not return to an item being broken without even a note explaining what happened. This is horrible customer service.
No matter the materials, this was indeed a cabinet that we purchased to hold our household items. The items were not too heavy for the cabinet, and we had no problems with its structural integrity until this service provider attempted to move it.
There was never any tape on the unit, and no holes; it was new as of a few months ago. It doesn't make sense that he would claim the back piece "just simply fell off". In any case, when this happened there was no note left or other apology made for the mess it created, and no offer to replace the broken cabinet. Even if it was unintentional, damage was still done.
Other contractors had no problem setting up their ladders and accessing the attic with the cabinet where it was located; we did not move it because there was no need to. If this service provider felt it needed to be moved to access the attic, then he should have let us know that instead of trying to do it himself (and causing this problem).
Finally, our agent is certain that she contacted this service provider with no response, and the buyer's agent was also informed of the issue.
