I've attempted to get a refund and I've been getting the run around from this establishment
I went to enrolled my son into this daycare, it seem very reasonable and affordable, so I brought my grandmother with me to get a second opinion and that's when she noticed how two children were mistreated in her presence.I was very uncomfortable with what I saw, so I decided to take my child elsewhere, and now I'm having a hard time getting my refund of $

Review: My home was built in 2003 by Spear Builders Inc. There was a Superior Wood Burning Fireplace Model BR-36 installed. On 11-19-2014 I call a [redacted] to clean my pipe. When they attempted to clean the sweep brush would not go to the Top. The company went to the attic and found the piping is not in code. The piping is 45 degree offset, 8' pipe and 45 degree offset. The piping should be 30 degree offset, 8' pipe and 30 degree offset per Superior's Offset Elevation Chart in manual. Contacted Max on 5-11-15 to visit, he agreed to visit on 5-15, no visit. Visited on 5-21 & I forwarded pictures to him via email. 6-18-15 Iredell County Code Enforcement confirmed the piping is not to code. Contact Max Spear and he is going to forward me a copy of the signed off inspection on my home. After numerous requests for this inspection sheet & I have not received a call from Max S[redacted] for course of action to repair for safety.Desired Settlement: Correct the piping offsets to code
