I hired this law firm to represent me in a case. They sent me a certified letter on September 5,2012 stating I do not have a case. I contact their office on November 5,2012 through fax asking for my records to be released to me. As of April 6,2013 I have not received anything from their office. I again fax and also mailed them a letter on April 6,2013. When I contact their office on November 8,2012 they stated they did not receive no fax. I contacted them again on April 9,2013 and again they said they did not receive no fax.
