We are not refunding her because she picked Venezuela as her country so the items were shipped to VenezuelaWe sent the items to the address she provided us with. There were multiple times she could have caught the error on her part before it was sent out
She picked veuzeula and could have caught it thenwhen it popped up as Venezuela and not the United StatesThen she paid $for international shipping which should have also been caught then because we offer free domestic shippingSo if she shipped to her correct address in the United States she would not have had to pay shipping at all, let alone the amount of $Then she also recieved a confirmation email in which she can see the address that she entered which had Venezuela as the country of her shipping addressThere were multiple oppurtunities for her to catch the error and reach outWe would have happily and easily made the change to the United StatesShe did not reach out until the package had already been well on its way to venezuela if not in Venezuela alreadyVenezuela is not sending the package back so we did not receive the products back in which case we can not refund her for products she sent to the incorrect addressShe was not ingnored in her emailsI informed her multiple times that we can not refund products we did not receive back and we are not responsible for the incorrect address being entered

The customer's order shipped on March 15th. Please see attached USPS tracking. The customer lives on an Air Force Base and provided the wrong zip code also demonstrated on the attached tracking. The order is still in transit, the customer made in error in completing her mailing address...
