I am rejecting this response because:
The statement I read from spears auto is false! The vehicle was a lemon! The staff refused to give me answers when I called to check on the vehicleThe company had the vehicle for three weeks, I only had the vehicle for three days! I trusted these people! I don't have a vehicle, I don't have people lined up to give me rides to my appointments! I talked to alot of people in this company until they stop answering my calls, and they told me they have caller I.DThis spears auto company treated me poorly! I just want to go and purchase a good working vehicle were the vehicle work and the company appreciate my businessThis company have no respect, and feel like they can treat me like crap!

It is atotal lie, this is why im complaining in the first placeI have people that will confirm my issuues.if any one does business they will get lied to also.and if they have any video from their let see.it they are in any violatons with dmv over this matter

We purchased the Chevrolet Tahoe from America's Auto Auction in Buda, Texas and they have not been able to provide us with the titleTwo banks merged (lien holders) which are in Canada and
they cannot produce the titleThe ***'s have also filed a complaint the Texas DMV and the DMV is fully aware of this situation and helping us to resolve itWe are in the process of getting a bonded title and that title should get to us within a couple of weeksI am the owner and I have personally spoke with the ***s and we have done everything we can to help them including making sure they have temporary tags for the vehicleThe last time Mr*** came in here he was not wearing a shirt and he was yelling and cursing and he was asked to leave by our GM *** ***We apologize for any inconveniences this has caused but the problem is being handled and resolved

Ms***">purchaced a Ford Exidition, even after signing all her documentation, including an as is agreement, Ms*** stated a few days later she was "unhappy" with the vehicleEven -though spears Auto Group had no legal obligation to do so, we allowed her to return the vehicle, and purchase a different unitShe decided on a Pacifica. Again signed all of her documentation including a new as is agreementAll used vehicles are sold under this agreement as required by Texas lawA few days later she had some issues with the vehicle, and even though We are not required to do so agreed to make the repairsWe replaced the water pump on the vehicle, and both fuel pumps at no cost to Mrs***T personally spoke with Mrs *** at least times during this processShe was very concerned to say the leastI did everything she asked with the exception of giving her a "loaner vehicle" that is something we just do not do, for insurance reasons, and I explained that
At this time I will not refund any monies, and or unwind this purchaseWe did everything required, we also did eve6(thing she askedThe allegation that she was treated poorly, and "hung up" on, are simply not trueWe have already spent a considerable amount for this customerRe-stocking, cleaning, and adding fuel to the Ford she returned, at no cost to her.' We spent over $on the Pacifica making repairs, and doing our best to ensure she would have no further problemsAt this time the vehicle is sitting on our lot, and is repairedWe have also given Mrs *** a month mile warranty, at no cost to help ensure against further issues, this warranty is accepted all over the United States so she can have repairs done where she pleasesThere is no reason to refund any money, or allow another vehicle returnAS a company we have spent a great deal of time, and money to do our best for Mrs ***, and consider this matter resolved
