Terrible fence company. Lance installed our gate. I've never seen such poor quality fence work. Owner refused to work with us to fix their "mistakes". I refuse to pay full price for such sub-standard, poor quality work. I expect quality work from the contractor and refuse to be bullied.

May 15, 2018 Fence Pro issued a proposal via email per *** request for $718.00. On May 16, 2018 *** asked us to proceed with install via email. May 18, 2018 we installed the fence. May 30, 2018 We billed *** for the fence via email.
July 12, 2018 we asked for status of payment via email. Aug 3, 2018 We asked for status of payment via email. Aug 3, 2018 she responded with " I tried calling. Your Voicemail box was full". Lance tried to call her back. No answer. Aug 6, 2018 We inquired again about payment via email. We asked "Will you be mailing a check?" She responded via email... " Hi Lance Yes Ill mail you a check. I am selling my home so I am trying to get/make full payment. I will be paying you!!!" I Reid was concerned so I called her to discuss she stated she would be sending a check. She sent a check for $20 Dated Aug 8th. We did not respond nor deposit check. On Oct 1 she responded via text again that she is trying to set up a payment plan. SHe also sent another check for $20. I Reid responded Oct 2nd via text that we did not accept these terms and are looking for one payment per contract.
October 3rd she text me that she was not satisfied with the work that was performed at her house. This was the first time she notified us know that she was not happy with our work. I asked her to please keep any further correspondence via email. I text her that I filed in small claims court to settle this matter.
It is my belief she is not happy with the fact that I do not want to except her payment terms.

FencePro's response was not satisfactory as it provided no resolution their poorly constructed fence I received.

We are looking forward to resolving this issue in court. We ask for Revdex.com to postpone their decision till after court on June *** This is when Fence Pro will offer its full defence.
But what we can say is...the customer notified Fence Pro after 90 days of non payment that she would be paying us. She sent a check stating this was $20 of the $718 full amount owed. When we did not except her payment terms of $20 per month she then decided that she was not satisfied with our work.
Again we look forward to resolving this in front of a Judge on June 6th with all facts being presented.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

I formally do not accept FencePro's proposal to do nothing. This is the reason why I have reached out to the Revdex.com because the company refuses to work with the customer the on non-satisfactory status of inferior materials, poor communications, ignoring verbal contract, and poor installation of the fence gate and service provided. I've sent the Revdex.com pictures of the fence gate that shows all of the above reasons for filing the complaint. I propose Revdex.com accepts my proposal to discount the price to only pay for the metal pole material and installation, and 50% of the cheap fence board materials (seeing that I will have to replace it soon) and 10% for the poorly installed fence boards, or provides a better solution.
