Because this customer was emailing our Beer Buyer directly and the customer was contacting the Revdex.com which goes to someone else in our company, the wires got crossed as to which of us here at Spec's would send a refund check. Consequently, a check was not sent as it should have been. Today, a refund check is going to the customer for roughly twice the amount of the purchase,I trust this will resolve the complaint
We sincerely appreciate the customer bringing this to our attentionThe banner that appears on every product inquiry screen is hard-programmed, meaning it will take a program fix to take it off this one screen where it does not applyThis matter has been sent to our IT Department this morning
