Yes, I remembering talking to this customerThe problem was he is overseas as I was told by Fed exI was not aware of his exact location, until I was going to ship item.He payed which was for shipping includedFed ex was charging me almost to shipThis is more than he payed and do not have enough to cover expenses I email customer to try to work something out with himCustomer called me right away after receiving my email with shipping details and was very offensive and starting threatening me right away with contacting all his people and letting them know how bad I wasI still tried coming to an agreement with him and decided to give him full refund since we where not going to reach an agreement.I have contacted Fed ex and my website technician to take all necessary measures so my customers can see exact price on shipping before purchasing.Thank you

Good morning,Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused youThis is the first time our business deals with this kind of issue Shipping rates for ground and air services do change and I was not aware of this as the majority of my customers are local. I understand and accept your opinion over this situationUnfortunately, there is nothing I can do to change this experience but I can guarantee we are taking all measures necessary so this does not happen again.Thank you

Idk maybe to make your point or whatever. 2nd.  overseas, no I live in alaska. That is not overseas it is still on the same continent. Seriously tired of corporations advertising one thing and trying to charge another. Yes I told alot of people about it as I am a businessman and a US Army Sodier as well. Integrity is a key point in business and with that response it is clear that integrity is absent from this business.
