The customer has stated that she would prefer all communication be done by email. I have sent a request to the customer for additional information.
I am currently waiting for the requested information so that we may resolve this...
issue.

The business is not responding to the issues raised in our complaint, we requested a reply initially by e-mail; however we have now received a response asking questions about irrelevant issues. The business is not addressing the problems outlined and particularly those caused by their shoddy workmanship that has subsequently damaged our vehicle beyond the scope of the existing repairs, all of which have been undertaken in a poor and haphazard manner leaving the vehicle in a dangerous condition. We are expecting the business to come forward and stand by their work and provide financial compensation for the damage done. To date nothing has been forthcoming despite our clearly outlining the problems on numerous occasions, the first of which was raised a matter of days after receiving the vehicle.
