reading the invoice incorrectly.   We entered a binding contract with the customer on October 16, 2014.  On October 21, 2014 contract was revised with additional work that was not included on the original contract and was signed by customer.  The tub purchase was the customer choice. The customer was advised that the tub was larger, deeper and wider than her existing tub and was told that the bathroom door might not open 100%.  Upon our departure of the customer home, the customer was shown the tub installation and the door opening. The customer replied "that the tub was perfect; it was exactly what she wanted and did she did not have a problem with the door opening issue.    The customer was informed of all the necessary details regarding her choice of tub. In addition, we suggested she purchase a door stopper to prevent any damage to her new tub. We scheduled an appointment to go back to finish drywall work (finish sand and texture) approximately one sheet of drywall; we were told not to return. There were several conversations with the customer to resolve this issue (verbal, text and email) with no success.  At the customer request, not to return to finish the drywall work we offered to reduce her outstanding balance by $100 and she declined.

We had the most satisfying experience with Dawn & Jim from Special Projects that we have ever had with ANY building/remodeling contractor we have used in the 39 years we have lived in AZ. Our communication with them was excellent, the job was done on time & exceeded our expectations. Jim was especially helpful with some rather extensive wrought iron work we had done & it turned out to be wonderful, as our neighbors pointed out to us that they really liked what we had done. We also had our roof recoated & a new wood gate for the back patio fence replaced, again with our total satisfaction. Along with very competitive pricing, what more could one ask? I have referred people to Jim & Dawn of Special Projects because of the great experience we have had.

They removed old flooring and installed floor tiles in my kitchen/dining area. They had to move all of my appliances which included refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Also had to move large oak table and chairs and oak cabinet. The installation was very well done and looks great. Cost was actually far less than I really expected and would have been lower but the previous install had presented problems not anticipated until old flooring was removed. The combination of service and expertise was as high a level as you could wish for. Jim the foreman and Dawn in the office were as pleasant as anyone I have ever dealt with. If you feel really good when a project is completed the ones that did the work deserve a big pat on the back and this project easily met these levels.

4specialprojects installed a new backdoor for us. We are very pleased with the product, (made in USA!).

We are extremely satisfied with the length of time to do the job, the craftsmanship is very professional, and they left the work area cleaner than what they found it. I would recommend 4specialsprojects for any remodeling job you may be considering.
