I have been in business since and have never had a complaint to the Revdex.comIn our years of business we have strived to do the job rightIf you would check sites like Angie's List you would see that we have an excellent ratingI have done work for this customer's father and sister with nothing but complimentsHer sister even hired us to come back and do another project for herI am not going to address every detail that is referenced in her letterA couple of examples are the siding shifting issueThis is something that rarely happensVinyl siding expands and contracts every day and when that takes place the pieces sometimes walk themselves sidewaysTo combat that from happening we pin the piece in the center allowing the ends to move but stopping it from walkingAs for the meeting to look at the owner's concerns, the Eau Claire Housing Authority asked me to go with them to meetI went with [redacted] on the day that he had scheduledAs for disrespect on 8/20/the owner avoided me completelyThe only communication that she had with our company was when she talked with my employees, never with me Did the owner mention that when her basement wall was tipping it was me who helped her figure out how to resolve that issue? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First and foremost, my father (dad) died of a massive heart attack back in it was my sister in-law that had Special T siding side her house in which has nothing to do with minehowever, she has never had any issues with hersThe gutters that were to be corrected are shown in the pictures and the spouts are not even butted up to the gutter itselfPlus according to other contractors the hole in which was cut to fit the spouts was cut too big causing large gapsWhen being instructed regarding the roof on the back side of the house needing to be redone, telling his helper that it was my fault by putting gutter screens up, even though this has been a problem from the time it was done in January 2013, and then instructing his helper to hammer the roof to make it flat is not fixing the problemthat is when I went down to the City to complain with them to let them know my experience just that day 8/14/I also at that time let them know Tim Schneider will not be coming back onto my property due to insulting me and my intelligence and tired of his bullyingthe one time I did speak with him that day was before he left I reminded him that according to the City Inspector the roof had to be replaced in the area that the shingles were not laying flathis response was he will be back 8/20/had all these projects been done correctly in the first place Tim would not be out here years in a row fixing things that were not done correctly or just plain not done like after the roof reattaching the bathroom fan to the outside vent so I don't have water leakagethe bathroom ceiling crackingand the list goes on[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
