[redacted] got her carpets cleaned by our company in May of 2015 and August of 2016. Services were completed in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction as far as we know because we never received a complaint from the customer.On January 30th, 2017, the customer contacted our office and...
asked for us to provide her copies of invoices from her services for a warranty issue with her carpet manufacturing company. We provided the invoices. The following day, [redacted] contacted the office and told us the customer had modified the documents that our company sent to her. We provided the correct copies.On February 15th, 2017 the customer, [redacted], contacted our office. She told us the warranty company would not validate her warranty and claimed that our company ruined her carpet. She asked for a refund.During the discussion the customer spoke about what services we provided. Our company used our Crystal Dry Clean process, which in not a water based cleaning system. The cleaning solution is liquid, alcohol based, and dries very quickly. The customer said her carpets were dried within 2 hours. Our company did not destroy her carpets, or leave any water stains on the carpet. The Crystal Dry Clean process would not leave water stains.At this point we are unable to guarantee whether the customer had another company clean in her house, if she used a home carpet cleaner or rented one, if water was spilled or dumped in her house, if there was a flood, or a pipe leak or burst.Also, in our many years of experience when there are animals in the home, in this case a cat and 2 dogs, animal urine soaks through the carpet and leaves stains and destroys the carpet.Since there is no guarantee as to what has happened in the customer's house since our services, this is an invalid complaint.We are not responsible for the problems with the customer's carpet. We are not responsible for refunding money for 2 services performed 7 months ago and 1 year and 4 months ago.Thank You
