This business does not have set prices for their services. I believe there is a level of discrimination towards the clients based on who they are. They openly disrespect their clients verbally and physically. One of the stylists scrubbed my head so hard I woke up with blood on my hair cap and I also woke up with bruising on my shoulder from when the stylist dug her nails into my shoulder. I would not recommend going to this salon. The owner and the other employees stood back and watched and laughed while this stylist pretty much pulled my hair and continue to insult me. I had to go to urgent care just to document the proof that I was assaulted in this salon for no reason. If you are not *** the customer service is poor.
My wife and I have been operating our business since May of 2000. We have been graced to have taken care of thousands of clients. More than 50% of our clients are of *** descent. Our constant mission is to keep our clients satisfied with our work and customer service. We would not have survived without constant attention to these two categories.
In response to *** , who has come to our Salon at least 12 times since 2014 . Upon receiving your letter I spoke with my receptionist who stated we did not receive any call from ***. She stated she called us on Sunday Dec 29, 2019 , we are closed on Sundays. We never received any feedback from her last visit on December 28 , 2019 . The way she described the verbal and physical abuse is a tactic we do not use , we take care of our clients and treat them with respect and dignity.
We take care of all our clients the same way. We could not and would not have survived , for 20 years , treating our clients in such a horrific fashion. We wish her well in her endeavors to locate a different Salon.
