Specialized Coatings was recommended to my condominium board by a paint manufacturer's representative after our previous painters' work failed prematurely on our condo buildings' exterior.
We felt the paint Rep's recommendation was important to avoid a repeat of the paint failure, so we contracted with David and we are well pleased with our decision.
Early on we were impressed by the quality of their workmanship and the respect they showed to us, to each other and to their boss (David). They all worked together seamlessly for our benefit, which made for a very good experience.
