We called Specialized Plumbing for a clogged kitchen drain on February 24. They came to the house and told us the garbage disposal was clogged. He was in and out in about 15 minutes. It was such a quick job the plumber even said he felt bad charging us $150. The disposal clogged again one month later on March 26 and they charged another $150 to come back. At this point we stopped using the disposal because we were so afraid it would clog again and flood our brand new laminate floor. Sure enough two months later the sink and dishwasher backed up and flooded our floor. This time when we called Specializd they took two days to return the call and then laughed and said they couldn't get to it for 3 weeks. Certainly they should have looked a little more deeply into the problem when it happened twice in one month and maybe even not changed us for the second call. We called another plumbing service. They came out the same day, snaked the line for 50 feet and recommended we use a bacterial cleaner to keep the line clear.
