It should be noted that at the time of installation of the pool, about July 26, 2013, no mention was made by the installer of other steps to be taken due to the approximately foot off levelThe area was properly back filled and compacted by me when the installation was complete
As stated in my original complaint, within a month of installation, the depressions in the pool liner appearedThere was not enough rain in our area late summer of to cause a runoff problem
We have not had the pool for two full seasonsAfter the installer looked at the depressions in September 2013, he never came back or contacted us furtherWhen I contacted the company at the beginning of the season, I was told they weren't doing that kind of work on pools anymore and that I'd have to find someone else to do the work
My worry continues to be that these depressions will shorten the life of the pool liner and necessitate changing it out before it needs to beI do not feel that the cost of correcting this should be mine
