We have no additional information to add.- The customer has not responded to us directly since July 22nd when he provided a repair bill from a dealership.- We have requested pictures of the damaged product, vehicle, and information from the customer on multiple occasions with no response. - We have made a good faith offer to replace the damaged battery with no response.
