Specialty Medical SUPPLY Everday Low Pricing & Expert AdviceDear Revdex.com,We received your letter pertaining to a customer of oursIt was assigned an ID of [redacted] .The Customer was shipped the wrong item by us and called us to let us know thatOur customer service agent told her that we would be picking up the wrong item and sending out the right item to her as soon as the Wrong item got picked up by UPSShe stated that was fine and to let her knowThe person who handles the returns was out days because of a family emergencyAs soon as he got back he tried Several times to call this customer and left a message to let her know that the manufacturer did not want the wrong item back because of it being a bed hygiene product and for the customer to donate it to a church or nursing homeHe also left her a message asking her if she wanted us to ship out the right product and did not get an answerSo after a few days of calling her we decided to give her a full refund but we could not process the refund because she already disputed the charge with her credit card company and they had given her a full refund last weekWe are here Monday thru Friday everyday answering the phones from 9-5:EST time and have not had any other customers not be able to reach us during our working hoursSince the customer wanted a full refund then this complaint should be closed since she was already given a full refund by her credit card company.ThanksSpecialty MedicalCenter St.Miamiville, OH

We end up replacing the item that he did not like or want at that time. He is now happy with what we are sending him.

I just wanted to let you know that we went ahead and even though the shipping shows received, we refunded the customer the full amount we did put the refund through today, should be back in their account tomorrow, I will contact the customer and let them know that also.

They refused delivery at door, the manufacturer still doesn't have it back. Yesterday we sent check for full refund $164.95, they should have it by the end of this week. The only reason we couldn't do refund back to card is because its after 60 days they won't allow us to do it.

Business contacted Revdex.com on 5/9/16 and stated, can donate or keep the item, that is perfectly fine.
