Review: They sent out a product that I never received & claims they will not refund my money because they sent it. Even though somewhere between them & me it went missing.Invoice No. [redacted]Confirmation No: [redacted]Shipment Tracking: [redacted] USPS [redacted] @ $101.80 = $101.80Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund even after the owner I spoke to offered to refund me only half & then hung up the phone in my face.

Customer Expressed that he thought that the item had been stolen off of his front porch before he was able to get it. I expressed we do not cover theft and offered to sent another one out for half price and he refused the offer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I never expressed that the item was stolen. I had the tracking number & was checking the status. I checked & saw it was scheduled for delivery on Sept. 16,2013, therefore I was home in the front room waiting on the package. Later, I checked the status & the delivery date had been changed to Sept. 17,2013. That was around 11 a.m on Sept. 16,2013. I was debating on whether or not to just go up to the Post Office & pick it up because the Tracking Information showed it was there just re-scheduled for delivery the next day. Somewhere between 3 p.m & 4 p.m I checked it again before I was to go up to the Post Office & pick the package up & the USPS website stated the package had been delivered. The only issue was I had not received it. I call Filler Neck Supply Co., they said call the Post Office. I called the Post Office, they said they left it on the porch & hung up the phone instead of trying to explain. I called Filler Neck Co. again, they said wait a day & see if it shows up. The next day I called Filler Neck Supply Co. the guy said instead of us refunding your money call & file a claim with your credit card company. I called the Credit Card Company & they said it was nothing they could do because it was an authorized purchase. I then called Filler Neck Supply Co. again & told them what [redacted] had to say. While explaining to [redacted] the situation he became agitated with the situation & offered me the half off deal. I explained that I understood it was the fault of the [redacted] Service for just leaving on the porch, I mean without even a knock, just try to understand my side. I paid Filler Neck Supply Co. so the Post Office is not going to refund the other half. Why do I as the customer have to eat the cost. This is the point where [redacted] hung up the phone on me as well & I turned the situation over to the Revdex.com. I just wanted what I ordered for the money I paid, after all the rudeness I just want a full refund of $101.80.
