Specialty Bath & Kitchen Plumbing Heating Supply Co. of Enfield just finished a bathroom remodeling job for me at my home in Broad Brook. I was very pleased with all facets of my dealings with Specialty. Dave was very patient with me, helping me sort out the most economical way of achieving what I wanted without skimping on product quality and workmanship. Andy and Alex did an outstanding job revamping my shower, installing the soaking tub and vanity, and making all the other necessary alterations to make the project a complete success. They were friendly, courteous, and meticulous in their work. I highly recommend Specialty Bath and Kitchen to anyone considering a bath or kitchen makeover. Give Dave call.

Review: I hired Specialty Plumbing Supply to repair an on-demand hot water system in my home in March 2014. A gentlemen came out to the home and I was charged $125.00 for a service call. I was told that I would be charged $125.00 for a second call plus the parts for the repair. After a week with no information regarding the part that was ordered I called the gentlemen who came to my home who informed me the part was in and Specialty Plumbing Supply would call me for an appointment. I had to call them numerous times to finally get another service call in April. The same gentlemen came to my home, spent a half hour and showed me the receipt for the part ordered which was $60.00. Yesterday November 6, 2014 I received in the mail a copy of a receipt from Specialty Plumbing Supply for a charge on my[redacted] for $335.00 for the second service call in April 2014. I most certainly did not authorize this charge to my [redacted] card. Why is Specialty Plumbing Supply holding on to my[redacted] information for 7 months after the initial charge of $125.00 which was authorized? I disputed this charge with my[redacted] and it will be removed from my account. I am also disputing this severe overcharge for a second service call.Desired Settlement: I would like a correct bill send for no more than the $125.00 and the $60.00 for the price of the part. I will be happy to mail them a check for that service. My credit card information properly destroyed (per law) and an apology for the time and aggravation this has caused.
