Mr***, SRT acknowledges we have not been able to find a sub-contractor that could install the siding The original sales person is no longer with SRT, I have asked Tyler Wood to contact you today and set up a meeting to inspect your property He will look at the items you have in

As the customer has stated, we did take rugs from the home to be cleaned We have located rugs and delivered them to the homeowner last week The manager in charge of the warehouse has been terminated as a result of not correctly marking the customers rugs We will replace the
last rugs with the homeowner as soon as we can get details about the rugs and the cost associated to replacing them We would like to apologize to the homeowner for not properly documenting his rugs once they got to our warehouse If you need any additional information, please give me a call *** *** *** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: This is way to opened ended a responseI still have problems caused by your subcontractorsOnly half my fence was stainedmy ceiling fans were never put back up. the old fence is still in my backyard waiting to be picked upthe flooring has still not been floatedThere is a list of problems that just the siding does not address.

I touched base with the project manager and the additional siding was delivered yesterday to be completed by tomorrow The additional repairs have been scheduled and should complete by next Friday If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call

I am rejecting this response because: I have text message saying SRT was short on siding by two boxes and will not be able to start working again until next Thursday 3/30/That's when they can start back upThe left side of my house has no siding on it and it's going to rain. as of today 3/22/2017, none of my other issues have been addressedI have been told these things will be taken care of but nothing has happened.A new issue popped up today that I hope will be taken care of today as it is effecting the inside of my houseThe people that put the siding on did something to the Dryer vent and now the Dryer air is coming back into my housei have tried to reseat the hose inside the house but that did fix the problem.I have been told someone will be out today to fix thisThis is not like the other issues: Fence, Flooring, ceiling stain, Ceiling FansThis directly effects the inside of my home this needs to be taken care of today.Regards,

*** * *** ***, first off I would like to apologize for the poor customer service and lack of communication you received while SRT was performing work at your residenceDue to the recent storms, the DFW office has been behind schedule which in turn created delays in completing your project in
a timely manner In regards to the additional equipment used, *** *** felt it was a warranted expense that should be supplement item submitted to the insurance company for review I have attached a copy of the final itemized estimate that reflects the amount you have paid in full of $6, I have reviewed the estimate and *** *** removed the content moving/resetting cost that you mentioned was not completed The cleaning of the floors in terms of a mold remediation only includes to hepa vacuum the floor to remove any potential mold spores I confirmed with *** *** that we did complete this work which accounts for $in the attached estimate If you will take the time to review the attached final estimate, please let me know if you feel any additional credits for work not completed need to be addressed If you would like to call me direct, I will be glad to discuss any concerns and/or issues you may have My office number is *** and my cell number is *** Sincerely *** *** *** *** ***

The ***'s house is for sale with a contract in place that will close prior to SRT being paid for the repairs done to their home SRT informed the ***'s of our legal intent to file a lien to protect or interest in the home being sold, we also advised they could get with the Mortgage Company
and ask them to pay SRT direct According to Ms*** their Mortgage company will not pay SRT direct As a result, by company policy we are required to file a lien If the home was not for sale with a pending contract, SRT would not be filing a lien

He talk to my insurance agent he said that my agent told him to go ahead and do the job they will pay him I said ok because if I had to pay I would have not let him do it and as for signing that paper I ask him he said that was for insurance reason only to let them know that it was done only that's what was said plus he sent *** *** the bill he should not told me that my agent said they was going to pay for it so I call my agent he said that he did not tell him that so why did this guy tell me my agent told him that because I trusted my agent since he known him and work for him my agent told me that he was just like a adjuster so I said ok seth told me to call him I just did the insurance thing like Seth told me still saying why he said seth was going to pay and seth said he didn't I cant afford that never would have did it if I had to pay for it and thats not right for him to lie either he lying or seth and we need to get to the bottom of this I hate lies so help me god we will get to the bottom of this

As soon as we inspect the work that is pending, we will give you a progress report on how we intend on completing the project.

SRT acknowledges Ms. [redacted]s details of the delays, we are not interested in delaying the sale of their home we only have an interest in legally protecting our claim to be paid. The original check that Ms. [redacted] stated was fraudulently deposited was a clerical error and not a fraudulent action on SRT's part, the error was corrected when SRT reissued a check to correct the mistake. As a suggestion to resolve this issue, If Ms. [redacted] can give us authorization to talk with the mortgage company we can send them a copy of our invoice, the estimate for repairs and notify them of our legal right to file a lien if they decline to paying SRT direct.  If the mortgage company refuses to pay SRT direct, the [redacted]s can pay the balance due with a credit card and/or a cashiers check prior to the lien being filed.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been hearing the same thing for months from this company. With nothing happening. This week I have been told twice that someone was coming out to fix the stain on the ceiling. As of today nothing has happened.

I am rejecting this response because:The company has known from the beginning of our contract with them that we intended to sell the home as soon as the repairs were completed. The fact that they have not been paid yet is due to their delay in requesting the final inspection. The repairs were completed November 10th and the final inspection was not requested until November 17th. SRT knew for at least a week prior to the repairs being completed when they would finish and could have requested the inspection a full two weeks before they did. It takes an average of 2 or 3 weeks for the mortage compnay to schedule, assign an inspector, process the payment, and mail the check to us. The timing of when SRT requested the inspection and the internal processes of the mortgage company in mailing the payment is out of my control. Filing a lien will not speed up the process and will only delay the sale of our home. It was their mistake in not scheduling the inspection sooner so it is only fair that they wait for the payment rather than filing a lien. It is true that the Mortgage company will not send them payment directly, but again that is not in my control. As for their business policies, I ask that they look past the policy (as they did when they illegally cashed the check from our insurance company for which they were not listed as a Payee) and postpone filing a lien. SRT will be paid and they have authorization from us to speak directly with the mortgage company if they wish to verify this. Filing a lien demonstrates their lack of customer service and lack of taking responsibility for the delays and mistakes that were their responsibility.
