You have received all the information you asked for and still keep the file closed which leads us to believe that you are working for the dealership (Specialty RV)As you could see in the photos the rust compared to another unit of the same ageThe dealership has lied to you and haven't been in contact with anyone of us at anytimeWe have all the proof and emails form the dealer along with emails form Forest River and [redacted] stating the dealer is responsible for the rust and did not do their jobAt this time we are in contact with an attorney in Ohio and a couple here which have all looked over the photos and paperwork along with the emails form all companiesAll three say the case is very strong and the least we should receive is having the dealership pay someone here to repair the unit correctly and all fees and court cost or maybe even have the dealer buy the unit back at the cost plus taxes we paid for itYou can send this to Dean T [redacted] at Specialty RV if you like he should be hearing form our attorney sometime next weekSince this has been such a pain to deal with we are going to push for the very most we can receive form them

We have been in contact with the customer and have mad arrangements to bring it in to our shop, assess the damage, and determine the necessary repair procedures

There has never been a formal claim submitted to Forest River or Lippert for rust on the frame according to records at Forest River. We have offered options to remedy the situation with Mr***, all of which require an inspection at a Forest River authorized dealer. We have offered assistance from day one but we are unable to do this without the cooperation of Mr***. We have offered to inspect and repair issues, if deemed to be under warranty and we also have approval to return the unit to the factory to be repaired if we are unable to do so. We have also offered to trade Mr*** out of his unit but we must see the unit to appraise it for final value to do that. This requires Mr*** to bring the unit to us to do this. I have been in business for years and I am not in the practice of mistreating my customers. My company has offered many solutions to Mr*** and I am respectfully finished discussing it. This is my last correspondence in this matter, I hope Mr*** takes advantage of one of the options we have offered

COMPANY STATES THEY RESOLVED CONSUMER'S ISSUES

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to
me. As long as they keep there word as told to my husband that they will repair the damage floor to the standards it would of been from leaving the factory

We have been in contact with the manufacturer concerning Mr***' unit. Mr*** has an option to remedy the situation and we will be presenting that to *** *** today. The negotiations are ongoing and hopefully will be resolved shortly. We will be in contact with Mr
*** today to go over our action plan with *** ***

You have received all the information you asked for and still keep the file closed which leads us to believe that you are working for the dealership (Specialty RV). As you could see in the photos the rust compared to another unit of the same age. The dealership has lied to you and haven't been in contact with anyone of us at anytime. We have all the proof and emails form the dealer along with emails form Forest River and [redacted] stating the dealer is responsible for the rust and did not do their job. At this time we are in contact with an attorney in Ohio and a couple here which have all looked over the photos and paperwork along with the emails form all companies. All three say the case is very strong and the least we should receive is having the dealership pay someone here to repair the unit correctly and all fees and court cost or maybe even have the dealer buy the unit back at the cost plus taxes we paid for it. You can send this to Dean T[redacted] at Specialty RV if you like he should be hearing form our attorney sometime next week. Since this has been such a pain to deal with we are going to push for the very most we can receive form them.

This is to follow up on a complaint that I filed on 9/8/2015
about the company not resolving an issue with my stereo system not working and the
fact that I hadn’t been contacted from previous emails sent. I was contacted by
the parts department and the company’s director within minutes of...

filing the
complaint and the situation was resolved immediately. I was treated with
respect and both parties were very cooperative and overwhelmingly helpful with
the disputed issue. I would highly recommend this RV dealer and will surely do repeat
business here due to the customer care from both of these individuals.
