Review: I am being contacted by Cedar Financial(a collection agency for Specialty Surgical Westlake) in regards to a bill from Specialty Surgical Westlake from 2011. I have never been billed by Specialty for anything, as they have always agreed to take my out of network benefits as payment in full, since they can not seem to qualify to be an in network provider for Anthem Blue Cross. Now they are trying to balance bill, and that is not the agreement (to accept my OON benefits as payment in full)I signed. This is the 2nd time I have had this issue with Specialty and will be the last, as I will not patronize this establishment due to the incompetence of their staff.Desired Settlement: Stop harassing me for money you are not entitled to, and apologize for your incompetence.
