I am experiencing major skin reaction, increase itching and redness to certain area of my face and neck. As per my dermatologist I was advised to stop using the product.
I was given a number to report my reaction, unfortunately I was placed on hold for an agent. Subsequently I was directed by an automated Voice mail to leave a message.
Poor customer service as well.

I want to cancel my account email [email protected] ; my name Wanda Booker I love the product I don’t need to have this product every three months no no no can’t have you automatically charging my card no I’m not living for this only I need other charges on my card to get paid as well sorry for this but I will buy again I’m sure of that just not now .THANK YOU , specific beauty

I ordered a promo from them in August and received it and today I received another package that was charged to my credit card that I did not order I ordered a promo from them in August and received it and today I received another package that was charged to my credit card that I did not orderI spoke to customer service and he is saying that there would be a month follow up product that I would have to opt out of but how can I opt out if this information was not given up front before the first purchase

Specific Beauty Company does not have a good way of tracking returns,rejections and receipt of their products I ordered the starter package of Specific Beauty on 8/15/and my bank transactions show that it was paid in full at $ Specific beauty is a great product but when ordering it automatically sets up a recurring withdrawal and autoship The company suspects that the product will need to be replaced in 60+ days and as such they automatically debited my credit card again and sent another shipment I had not even opened the product yet so I contacted the company and was told by a representative that they would refund my account and then delay the shipment until February In february the shipment came again and they debited my card again I still had plenty of product left so I called the company and was told to simply reject the chipment My shipments were coming to my Po box in atlanta so I always had to sign for them I rejected the shipment and awaited for the char

I canceled my account with Specific beauty in March An unauthorized charged was made on my card from this company ,on July 3, I canceled my account with this company In March and received an cancellation notice via email Since cancellation I have not received any further products from this companyon July 3, 2018, I noticed an unauthorized charge from Specific Beauty appeared on my statementI immediately Contacted customers service and informed them of this error The representative Acknowledged that I had indeed canceled my account but still could not explain why and how I received this unauthorized charges to my account I just need for customers to be aware that this company keeps your credit card information and will submit unauthorized charges to your card

My experience with Specific Beauty was not so goodI cancelled my subscription in February Instead of the customer representative cancelling my subscription, SHE decided to postpone it for monthsWhen I called to complain about the charges, the representative apologized and told me she would cancel my order and when I receive the package to send it backWell I did not accept the package and it was sent backI checked my account and instead of them giving me all of my money back, they decided to keep $They owe me all $NOT $THEY OWE ME $BECAUSE I DIDN'T ASK FOR A POSTPONEMENT IN THE FIRST PLACEI DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN USE YOUR MONEY FOR THEIR BENEFIT AND GIVE YOU SOME CRAZY EXCUSE WHY THEY DID IT IF I HAD TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY WHAT THEY WERE ASKING FOR THE PRODUCT BUT SEND IT TO ME ANYWAY, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE SENT IT THE SAME CONCEPT SHOULD APPLY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AS WELLSTOP CHEATING PEOPLE!! I am extremely concerned about the fact that this company does inform their customers about the true cost of their product. On the infomercials, you are told that the kits cost $49.95 but in reality your credit card is charged $150.00 plus for each kit. The so called invoice that the company includes with your order clearly stated that the price of the product is $49.95. I'm concerned that many people may not know that they are being mislead about this fact.

Charge for restocking fee when I cancel order before and then recharge my account again I order the product online for a special introductory price and two months later I was charge again I immediately called and cancel and was told when the product arrive to send it back and the next day I got a refund minus restocking fee wish I feel was unfair because I did not order the product and send it back as soon as it came,today I again was charge another $and they said they had shipped it today, I cancel this order and would not like to continue to pay for restocking fee for a product I have not order in the first place!!

My complaint is not about the product but about customer serviceAfter nearly finishing the trial kit; unbeknownst to me a replenishment kit arrived in the mailSince I like the product so far ..I'm okay with this...(guess I didn't read the fine print about auto delivery)I think this topic should be more visible to the customer upon ordering the trial kit; as most people (myself included) do not read the fine print while being exited about possibly finding a product that works! The replenishing kit received did not have the preferred items of choice so I called customer service to inquire if I could swap two of the items and keep oneAs outsourcing for customer service has become the new normal, I was still a bit surprised considering this company caters to skin of colorI expected to get a knowledgeable rep on the lineInstead I got a very heavy accented rep who know NOTHING about the product or the exchange process she even struggled with the pricingShe could not explain my current order pricing compared to the web "add to kit pricing"I asked if I would need a return shipping label-she replied no-just mark the box return to sender free of charge...hmmmExtremely disappointing! So what do I do-return the entire box to run the risk of running out of my trial in the meantime? I am an African American and am certainly not a racist but I prefer to do business here in the US and speak with someone that I can have a clear understanding with, has product knowledge and have my request and concerns addressed without guessing or scrambling for a scriptEach number provided on the web is an outsourced number I would like to continue the product but this is a sure turnoff!!

I had ordered beauty products from this companyIt is a company that sends products every days with the option to cancel at anytime I tried to cancel with this company for about months I tried to call them continuously to cancel my subscription and no one would ever answer the phone I sent an email in August of to them to cancel and never received a response They continued to charge my credit card up until October I eventually had to have the credit card company stop payment on this account Then in October they finally cancelled the subscription due to non-payment They have since sent this to a collection agencyI called Specific Beauty from the information provided on the collection agency letter They informed me that there was nothing they could do and that I was still responsible for the balance even though I tried to cancel with them via telephone and email
