Hi I spoke with this customer and listened to her interactions she had with the CS team and apologized for the way she was treated and the poor service she received. I sent her some free Case samples for  3 devices Samsung Note 8, Samsung S8 Plus and Samsung S7 as well as a SPECK BackPack for...

all her trouble. I have also submitted a check request for a refund of her 2 devices as she requested.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: My case does not need to be replaced. It still intact, just few scratches. What's damage is the rear of my Samsung Galaxy S7
phone. And that's what needs to be replaced. Rear panel is all cracked because your case did not protect the phone as promised.  It has been inside your case
from day one never taken out until when I wanted to clean, when I saw the cracked back. I take care of my phone. It has never had hard fall or on a hard surface or
real bad trauma. Your customer service said,  While our cases offer extra shock absorption from a drop or a ding we can’t guarantee that it will prevent any and
all damage to the device. If you drop them hard enough, or from high enough or onto a sharp or protruding element, your device may still be damaged. Otherwise our
cases protect from minor scratches, etc..  I find it very interesting how you are contradicting your company motto Designed for IMPACT and drop test meets
military standards, by saying, "(as noted on your response above)". This is a False Promise and False Advertisement. I  expect SPECK TO at least own up to a product
that did not function or fulfill its promise, or just being defective. Had an otterbox for my S6 and had no such issues for 2 years. Regretting why
I switched SPECK
