Ordered and paid for a personalized puzzle on November 13, 2019. I have never received and asked for a refund. *** (the Owner) emailed back saying it was lost in the mail. I asked for a refund . She told me too late the vendor already made a new one plus she was throwing in an Easter edition one. T0 date I have not received any puzzle . After several emails I still have not heard anything. I asked for a FULL REFUND and my emails have gotten no response.
