Dear Revdex.com, We are responding to the letter of complaint submitted to you by one of our customers[redacted] & [redacted] ( [redacted] ***).It seems that there is a defective liner on the drapes they purchased from us on their first order of drapes.The second order according to [redacted] seems to be fine[redacted] contacted us about this matter first in May We asked him to please submit a picture of the drape so thatwe could send it to the drapery company to see what could be done We did not get a picture, therefore could not do anything at the timeThen in July, , we were contacted again, we asked to have a picture sent to us or a sample of the liner that was damaged so that we can look into this matter On October 3, we did receive a package with a piece of the liner in itWe immediately contacted the customer, [redacted] , that we received it andstarted looking into it and have sent it to the company who made the drapes to see if the drapes can be relinedAnd of course at no charge to the customer.The lining that goes in these drapes is from Hanes ManufacturingI feel that Hanes Manufacturing should make this lining good at no charge as well, since they are selling aproduct that was defective [redacted] Speco National, Inc[redacted] ###-###-####Fax ###-###-####
