Review: Vendor sold a defective product to us for an approximate cost of $2700 and has failed to either repair or replace the product. The vendor has admitted that the product is defective, and was built with a "defective motherboard" yet has not provided any repair solution, nor have they replaced or repaired the product, even though in addition to the defect the product was also under a 3 yr warranty. The product has never functioned correctly. The vendor advised us to send the product back, then advised that is was a manufacturing defect, but has not replaced nor offered any solution for repair. The vendor initially advised the product is defective and promised an equivalent replacement then shipped the product back to us non repaired and claimed it was out of warranty even though they were notified during the warranty period.Desired Settlement: Preferred resolution at this point is a refund because this vendor has been evasive in their dealings with us and we don't trust them to send an equivalent product(s) for replacement. If we can confirm the replacement products are equivalent in features and price we will accept a replacement. We would also accept a full and proper repair but being that the vendor has stated the product has a defective motherboard they appear to have no repair resolution available.
