response for solution attached? I have spoken to  Dr [redacted] and she did not seem to have any solution other than returning my glasses, that is not what I want from the company especially the owner of this business.  She did not want to address issue and after the fact more issues came up and her office supervisor just constantly lies. I did not receive my lenses and my RX took over a week to arrive after they had called to address Revdex.com complaint, this company has stolen from me in more way than one. They kept my product and charged for items I never wanted. Now they want me to come back and return my glasses and ea my insurance benefits that they have already been paid on? I dont think so.

To:      Revdex.com 4747 Viewridge Ave #200 San Diego, CA 92123-1688   From:  [redacted] OD             Specs Optometry             1947 Fern Street #3             San Diego, CA 92102   RE:      ID [redacted]   Dear Revdex.com;   We have taken numerous efforts to resolve the matter with Mrs. [redacted].  I have attempted to go over all of her complaints with her glasses and with the staff.  Here are the two solutions I have offered her multiple times and will still offer her:   1.      Full refund for her glasses. She would have to return the frame and lenses to Specs. I would then re-instate her insurance benefits to be used elsewhere. I would also be forced by the insurance company to pay back any payments paid by her health insurance to Specs. 2.      Refund on options she now says she did not want. She would have to return the current lenses and we would re-make them without these options. 3.      Keep the glasses with the options that she originally ordered and is satisfied with.   In my last conversation with Mrs. [redacted], she stated that she wanted a refund for the lens options but she does not want to exchange out the lenses.  Due to the fact we have used vision insurance for the product; we unfortunately are unable to allow her to keep the product because we would need to return the lenses to the insurance company’s lab and then adjust the insurance claim.    She is in possession of the product that was paid for during her initial visit.  She received services for an eye exam as well as contact lenses.  We have also provided her with copies of her prescriptions via mail and email.     We have offered her these solutions to her before, but she has refused them. These solutions are more than fair. Although I have tried to explain this to Mrs. [redacted], she refuses to accept the terms of a full refund or exchange and so she is refusing to allow us resolve the situation.   Sincerely,   [redacted] OD

Review: I "WAS" very please with the Optometrist at this establishment. I have tried to reach out in regards to my concern and I was advised that when they try and call me there is a message on my phone indicating:"The person you have called is not accepting calls" I am sorry I do not believe this. This company is trying to avoid interaction because of my post on [redacted]! My Experience was "ROBERRY" they did not go over any charges with me when my bill was handed to me I had extra charges for fitting fees and anti glare on lens. These items should be presented and not assumed. I know anti glare is an "option" which I probably would have agreed to. There were too many hidden fees no one at the front desk wanted to address in addition my glasses are originally sunglasses. The DARK lens were supposed to be given to me and they never were I called and they indicated the would be mailed to my home in about 7 day's I called again and they advised me there would be a 10.00 courier fee ??? really more money on top of that they mis-spelled my name on RX for contacts and advised "it's ok they will accept it that way" well to my dismay NO they do not accept a RX with wrong name at any responsible establishment. I am appalled and I demand a refund for all these "fees" not being presented.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the fees they have charged with out disclosing and receiving my consent. This is un-ethical in every way and no one will take ownership for their mistakes. It's fees after fees. I am a consumer and should be treated with respect.
