[redacted] This is reference to complaint# [redacted] Per the agreement in the below e-mail, the roofing company is going to take care of my roof and so I am withdrawing my complaint.Thanks [redacted] [redacted] per our discussion over the phone we are going to give you a 200$ credit/gift card for your inconvenienceAlso we are going to be doing a reinspection with your insurance company and to the best of our ability try to get the rest of the roof replacedIf you can please give me a call when the insurance company schedules the reinspectionIn doing this you stated that you would retract your complaintIf you could please send me an email stating that you agree to this and you will be retracting your complaint that would be greatly appreciated! Again thank you for your patience and we will get things taken care to the best of our ability!

We are resolving the Issue by replacing the back slope of the roof so that it matches the other section that we didAs soon as it has been completed, I will let you know that as wellThank you
