Due to unforeseen health and stress issues over the last two months, I have not been able to accomplish all the units in a timely manner or reply back to on status checks and I am severely backlogged currently Last phone conversation, I stated I would return the unit at no charge, waive the valuation fee and shippingCustomer declined and wanted it repairedI believe I stated it would take another week or twoHopefully it will be completed, later part of next weekIf not does the customer want unit returned? Talked with [redacted]  on 09/02/2016 was told he had not even looked at my projector, was sent on I asked him to just ship it back to me . I revived it today 09/21/2016 . I was with out my ptojector for 9 weeks not evrn looked at.

warranty to 180 days from 120 days. If for any reason, the unit fails within the warranty period. We will refund the whole amount of the repair costs. As stated in our warranty policy.
According to the technician, He wrote, there were multiple times that we had the unit working properly. Replace the color wheel unit and after about four hours of runtime the color wheel motor would fail. This happened four times, each time to acquire the color wheel took several weeks (special order part). Problem ended up being the aftermarket lamp that the customer installed in the projector, did not have a properly working infrared light filter lens. This was an unusual case and a poorly manufactured aftermarket lamp. We installed a correct infrared light filter in the customer's aftermarket lamp unit. This corrected the problem from damaging the color wheel motor unit. Which requires an infrared light filter to keep it from overheating and burning out the motor from the heat generated from the lamp unit.
