I would publicly like to say that with all the negative reviews I was skeptical about my 2000 dollar refund I respectfully requested when I decided to cancel my surgery. I spoke with Liz, my coordinator and submitted my cancelation and request in writing. I had my refund within 24 hours. This business is busy, the workers have demands placed on them and try to deal with each individual in a timely manner. They a e kind, respectful and I will return there once I can continue with my surgery. THANK YOU SPECTRUM.
