given my direct contact information for any further questions or concerns

I spoke to Dr*** again on 5/to discuss this matter further After discussing product labeling, use instructions, and the likely cause of damage, Dr*** and I agreed to a settlement amount to resolve this matter

No prior records of communication with our consumer on this issue. A refund for both products in the amount of $was requested and approved 12/21/17, to be arriving in the next few weeks
