Review: I placed an order with this company at the end of December. The items were supposed to be shipped on 1/8/15. I never received these items. When I emailed the company regarding this issue they never responded. The order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would either like the products to be shipped to me promptly or I would like a refund. I do not want a store credit as I do not plan on doing any future business with this company.

Review: I am writing to report an internet based company that I made a purchase from and never received the items I paid for. On 9/23/2013 I purchased multiple cosmetic products from www.sp3ctrum.com in the amount of $106.00. I paid this amount using PayPal (Unique Transaction ID #[redacted]) I received an email with a tracking number on 10/23/2013. The tracking number is: [redacted] and was processed through U.S. Postal Service. If you track the tracking number through USPS website (www.usps.com) you can clearly see that the package is in "Pre-Shipment" status and was never sent to me. My order number through www.sp3ctrum.com is: [redacted] and is currently still listed in "pending" status. I have contacted spe3trum.com through various email addresses ([email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]) as well as their instagram page (www.instagram.com/sp3ctrumdotcom) and their "customer care inquiry" through their website (www.sp3ctrum.com) in excess of 20 times. I have asked for either my products to be shipped or to be refunded in the amount of $106.00. www.sp3ctrum.com has promised multiple times to resolve the issue, but has not provided me with any resolution and it has been over 5 months now. At your request I can provide all of the email correspondence over the last 5 months between www.sp3ctrum.com and myself. I filed a dispute with my bank (PNC) as well as PayPal (whom the transaction was processed through) but because the time since the transaction exceeds 45 days they were unable to refund my money. Not only am I upset that I paid for products I never received, but I am upset that I have wasted so much time and energy in an effort to obtain my products or be refunded. This is not the way business should be conducted. Please help me to resolve this issue and prevent this company from doing this to other customers in the future.Desired Settlement: I simply want either A) to receive the products that I paid for or B) for my purchase price ($106.00) to be refunded.

The customer contact us about her order. The order was packed up and shipped and we were advised it was lost or stolen. We attempted to file for insurance however, we received notice from USPS the customer didn't response so the claim was denied. At this time, we can offer a reship or a store credit.

USPS stayed that the package was in preshipment status and was never shipped. I forwarded that email to Spectrum cosmetics. You cannot claim you packed and shipped an item when I have a tracking number proving otherwise. You need to refund my money. This is not right.

Review: My order was placed 10/12/13 and paid via paypal. I never received my order. The tracking number supplied 12/12/13 states it never shipped.

On 10/12/13 I placed my first and last order with this company. The website did state delivery could take between 2-12 days to arrive. They then notified us of delays. I completely understand that. However I noticed that even after my order status was changed to shipped/complete on 10/24/13 I never received a tracking number. I waited until November to contact them about this. It takes several days for them to respond which is understandable since they are a small business. However I received no help. Eventually after a few more emails they stated they would investigate this missing package. On 12/12/13 for order number 22859 a paypal generated email supplied a tracking number [redacted]. I have checked this number every day since and it states "pre shipment" or electronic info received but they have not received anything to ship me. I sent another email today about this. My frustration is simply poor customer service. I am an honest consumer, who uses paypal for everything I buy. I immediately paid for my product and I feel I should receive them in kind. Paypal has already rejected my claim stating they cannot assist, I'm contacting my bank for help also. Even though it's less than forty dollars in full I work hard for every dime I earn, and I will not tolerate it being essentially stolen from me. I feel I have been extremely patient in this matter .Desired Settlement: At this point I feel like asking for a replacement would further prolong the situation. If it takes this long to even begin the process of a replacement I can pretty much count on it never arriving. I feel a refund is acceptable, and not having to pay for shipping either. The order was placed on 10/12/14 and did not contact us until over 60 days later advising it was not received. Per the terms and conditions the customer agreed to at purchase (IP [redacted]) all missing or damaged products must be reported within 60 days of notification of shipping. The customer has been advised of this several times. We offered the reship the product at our cost as a courtesy but the customer refused. At this point, there is nothing else we can do.

I received an email indicating a shipping backlog and I can forward the Revdex.com all correspondence received regarding this issue. I did not refuse to receive a replacement, earlier this month they offered to ship again at their expense but to date nothing has been received please see below and I can forward all emails.

Unfortunately, once we submit an inquiry to USPS about a missing package, by policy we have to wait on the report. I see that it has been several months and we have information from USPS that a letter they sent to your address wasn't replied to and that is why it is pending. Either way, I do not want to you experience any more frustration with the issue or our company. I can not authorize a refund, however, I have taken ownership of this issue and I have sent over a request to have the package reshipped on our next business day and I have added a $10 credit to your member account for the inconvenience. Once reshipped, you will receive a USPS Priority tracking number. If you have any other issues or concerned, you can contact me directly.

Also my first inquiriy about my package was done on 11/5/13 NOT 60 days after my order and I resent the fact that I'm being lied on. I have ALL time and date stamped email correspondence and am ready to prove my case. I asked for refunds which they did not give and each time offered to ship replacements.

Review: I placed an order in February, never received it and still have not received a refund after being told it was processed.

I placed an order on February 22, 2013, order number [redacted] according to the log on my account it showed that the item was shipped on March 6, 2013 with no tracking information available to me. I wrote the company an email on March 22 asking where my products were and only received the auto reply emails in return. I sent another email on March 26th asking where my package was or if I was going to be receiving a refund, again nothing but an auto reply email. On April 1st I still had not received a package or a response from the company so I sent another email asking for a refund, nothing but a auto reply was sent. I finally received a reply email from [redacted] N. Updated Ticket #XXXXXX-XXXXXX on April 4th, claiming "Sorry for the inconvience. Your status was updated. We contacted you twice and we have no record of a response back from you as to if you would like your package reshipped or refunded. We have pulled records that states that your package was attempted to be delievered and was not claimed. It was returned to sender. So we can reship again at your request or simply refund your account." I replied on April 4th several minutes after receiving the email Re: Updated Ticket #XXXXXX-XXXXXX: Sp3ctrum Customer Care "There was never any attempt for delivery or notice left at my home. I live in a residential area and receive packages daily because I have my own small business. I would just like my money refunded." I had never received any emails from the company nor were there any delivery notices left at my home. I requested my refund and did not receive a response until April 14. I waited until April 17 and still had not received a refund through Paypal. I called Paypal directly and they have no record of the refund being processed and they advised me that I was unable to open a paypal dispute because the transaction had occurred over 45 days ago. They advised me to try and contact the company again in hopes to resolve the issue. I replied to the email Re: Updated Ticket #XXXXXX-XXXXXX: Order [redacted] "The refund has not posted. I called PayPal and they have no refund processed at all to my account." No response. I wrote another email on April 27 Updated Ticket #XXXXXX-XXXXXX: ORDER [redacted] no response. I wrote anohter email on May 8 Updated Ticket #XXXXXX-XXXXXX: Order [redacted] no response. I called the company on May 8th 1pm PST only to get the company voice mail. I am exhausted with dealing with this company's horrible customer service, I have been more than patient and just want my money back. Desired Settlement: Refund of $30.30.

The customers order was returned to our warehouse after 2 weeks of being at the post office unclaimed. The customer was advised on SEVERAL tickets that it was returned and we could reship or issue a refund. The customer did not reply to our inquiry until April, two months after the order was placed and shipped. The customer requested a refund and received a FULL refund of $30.30 on 04/15/13 for the order placed on 02/22/13. Since a full refund was given a month before this complaint was filed, I'm not sure what else we can do for this customer.

I was never informed of any store credit given! This is the first time I'm hearing of a store credit being issued. In the previous rebuttal the company states that they issued a refund through PayPal as well as in my email from [redacted] she stars that she processed the refund herself. I requested a refund and if the merchant is unable to process refund via PayPal then a check should have been mailed. I do not want to buy any products from this company and go through the same problems. I want my money back! It is absolutely ridiculous that the company is now saying I was issued store credit and mace aware of this. I have received no emails or phone call from the company regarding this! The company stayed they issued refund via PayPal, not store credit! I requested a refund not a store credit, I would like a check mailed to me. My refund was requested well before the companies refund policy. The amount of time it took them is the companies problem not mine! I should not have to be forced to purchase products when that was the original issue.

The customer has been informed numerous times that due to she was not eligible to a refund through Paypal (her payment method) she was issued a store credit. The store credit has been on the customers account since April 14, 2013 and doesn't not expire. The issue was resolved before this complaint was filed.

Review: I placed an order with Sp3ctrum Cosmetics on March 28, 2013 and have yet to receive it.

I emailed on 4/29/2013 stating I have not received it.

I filed a claim with Paypal Claim on 5/2/2013 due to non response from the customer. I also filed a claim with the USPS and was informed that the seller could not file a claim because insurance was not protected on priority mail.

I received an email on 5/3/2013 from the seller and was informed that my order was shipped but do not see any tracking information with USPS so they submitted a report. They would submit another processing order to have this reshipped to me.

I have not received any other communication or product. I tried to reach out to the customer again via email and phone, left messages and no response.

I escalated my claim to Paypal for resolution since this seller with to not communicate. This seller STOLE My MONEY with NO PRODUCT.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.

This seller received PAYMENT FOR A PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED IMMEDIATELY.

The customer placed an order on March 22, 2013 for $22.87. After the order was received an email was sent to the customer due to the address not being confirmed in Paypal. It states clearing in our terms and conditions that orders with unconfirmed address can be delayed.

The customer's order was shipped to the address not confirmed after not receiving a reply from the customer for 2 weeks. After 8 business days had passed a follow up email was sent to the customer requesting confirmation that the order had been received. We did not receive any confirmation from the customer.

Upon receiving the package back mark "Non-Deliverable" & "Received Damaged" we issued a full refund for the customer through paypal for $22.87. A screen shot of the refund has been attached.

This is a BOLD FACE LIE. I had to submit a claim to Paypal in order to receive my refund due to their protection clause on my purchase. This company submitted a BOGUS USPS tracking number [redacted]. The order was NEVER SHIPPED. My address is verified in Paypal thus the LIES. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM... They are a FRAUD, a THIEF and a LIAR! My claim submitted to Paypal a was Non-receipt - Claim - #PP-[redacted]. Research further if you like. Paypal sided with me in that THIS COMPANY is a FRAUD and PAYPAL issued my refund BY FORCE. The company has not responded to me at all.

Review: I placed an order with the company on 12/20/13 (order #25272). I received a confirmation email on the same date. I received an email notifying me that my order had shipped on 1/6/14. However, there was no tracking number. As of 1/13/14 I still had not received my order, so I proceeded to go to the company website to contact them about my order. On the "Contact Us" section, there were a few email addresses listed depending on what your issue was, so I used the email address provided for order issues - [redacted]. I received the following automated reply with my updated ticket number [redacted]- "Sp3ctrum Care Customer office hours are Tuesday through Friday 11:00am - 4pm & Saturday 12pm - 3pm PST (excluding major & federal holidays). We are closed to Sunday, Monday and early Saturday to process our amazing customers orders. If you're sending your inquiry during those hours someone will respond shortly. If not, someone will reply on our next business day. Please note, if you are inquiring with order questions without a Sp3ctrum.com invoice order number, a response can be delayed." However I never got a reply from them. I sent 2 more emails, each a week apart (January 22nd, and January 29th), then proceeded to go on to social media to ask why I never got a reply. They informed me (somewhat rudely) that they had not had an email system since 12/31/13, and to go to the website to use the "correct method" of contacting them. I went to the website last week, Thursday 2/6/14, and used their "contact us" form on their website to relay my issue. I still have yet to get a reply from that inquiry, and still do not have what I ordered. If there was no email system in place, why were the email addresses still on the website during January, when I sent my emails? And how did I receive the automated responses that I kept receiving?Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my money back for my order, I no longer want the items after all this run around.

We have yet to receive contact directly from the customer as falsely stated. I am rejecting this response because: this is ridiculous. Again this company is placing blame on the customer (as I have seen in other customer complaints). I DID contact them using the email addresses provided on their website previously, and then when I was directed to their website's contact us page, I submitted a question via their "contact us" form. How convenient that once you submit a request or question on their contact page you receive no confirmation of your request. So they can claim that you never contacted them. Yes I already said that my order status says "shipped" as of 1/6/14. However....there is no tracking number. If they can provide the tracking number that says it was delivered, great. But they can't because paypal never sent me the email with the tracking number that I always receive once a tracking number is created. And the only reason I went on social media was because after my 3 unanswered emails, I had no other way to get a response.

I am rejecting this response because: I would really like for them to tell me how I am "mistaken on how they ship their orders and how to use my member account". Stop insulting me as a customer because I know how to use my account and how to read. Any smart, competent adult can go to my account page on their website and click each of my 3 orders, and see that 2 of them have tracking numbers listed, and this third one does not, so I would like for them to tell me how they know it was delivered. It would also be great if they could actually answer the questions I asked instead of constantly accusing me of doing something wrong. They still have yet to provide me with the tracking number for this order that says it was delivered. I used a "third party" (social media) ONCE to reach out, after using the email addresses that THEY PROVIDED ON THEIR WEBSITE without receiving a response. This customer has been informed several times she is using old methods to contact customer service. Currently and since December 01, 2013 we no longer use or display ANY email as a method to contact customer service. Any emails sent to old addresses are purged automatically. The automatic message the customer has enclosed is an old message and also misquoted.

Review: I recently paid for 6 products from Spectrum Cosmetics on July 22, 2014. When I realized I had not received my products I decided to email them through their contact form. No response. Emailed again, no response. Decided to direct message the creator on instagram where she informed me that the products are made to order and I hadn't been at my maximum time of 11 days to create. That's fine, but the next day I received and email saying that my package was being ready to be shipped. "Suspicious" or what? The electronic label was created on August 15, 2014 for priority mail shipping (1-3 business days). Well today is August 26, 2014. Through [redacted] the item says it has been shipped. Through USPS site, the carrier has not received the product as of yet. I ordered from this site before in hopes of it only being a one time mistake. I absolutely love and adore the products and promote them on my instagram because I initially bought three in the first transaction. Nope this is a recurring thing I see all through the internet. People are being sent notifications that their product has been sent out and shipped to their address and it hasn't. I don't care what they say I only have one address on file for [redacted] which I used to order my product. My address is "confirmed" through its site. This is the tracking number for the product [redacted].Desired Settlement: Either a complete refund of $53.45 for buy 3 get three free products or I would like my products by saturday August 30, 2014 because as the shipment was authorized on August 15th for priority mail (1-3 business days) I was suppose to receive the products on August 21 give or take a day. 20th of August being the 3rd business day. August 21st being a 4th business day.

Review: I placed an order online for $195.00 worth of products on December 24, 2013. I was sent a confirmation e-mail on 12/24/2013 and then an email on 01/14/14 to tell me that my order was completed and shipped via USPS First class, however I was not given a tracking number. On January 23, 2014 I was sent an e-mail from Spectrum asking me to review products that I paid for but still have not received. As stated above, USPS informed us that this could have been caused by a mail forward. We can not confirm this or not. However, we shipped it to the correct address and the correct address was reflected on the label it was shipped with. We can not be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. This is why many carriers offer insurance to businesses. This package was fully covered by insurance but an insurance claim will need to be submitted by contact customer service so that they can collect all the required information.

Review: I placed an order at the end of November to spectrum cosmetic I anxiously awaited my things to come. A week went by and nothing. I also noticed that I had not received a tracking number so I messaged the owner via instagram. I was instructed to leave an email on this spectrum site. I did as instructed. There was no reply. I sent four other emails and still no reply. I contacted the owner via phone and inquired on my order status and told her that I had not received a tracking number. She said that the system did not have my address listed. She took my address and told me that it would be shipped the next day. She also stated that another reason it wasn't shipped was because I was not charged for shipping. I informed her that it was paid and she informed me everything was set. She printed the shipping label on December the 22nd. I have been checking the status of the package ever since then and there has been NO progress in the shipment. I emailed her a week later via instagram a week later to inform her there has be no change in the movement. She said she would check on the status the next day. There was no further reply concerning the package or when it would arrive on her end. I continued to contact the owner via instagram and email. I emailed her and she replied that my package was scheduled for delivery the fist week of January. I sent an email asking when it would arrive and there was no reply on instagram or email. It has been over a month and a half since I placed this order and it has still not arrived and the tracking number still has no progression.Desired Settlement: It has been over a month. I have been patient. All I wanted was what I paid for. Now I do NOT want it. I just want a refund.

I set up 3 months worth of auto delivery for March-May 2013. I received March's order with no issues. I never received April or May. I filed for a refund through paypal and was refunded April's $25 but Paypal advised me to contact the compnay for a refund for May. I have recehed out to them about 10 different times. Placed an order on 8/22 for 34.55 added to that order on 8/24 by the OWNER via email for an additional $15.22. Per my bank statement those funds WERE taken by this company. As of 9/13 I received several emails claiming order had shipped. I contacted USPS to find out on 9/17 the label had been printed. But my order had NOT been shipped. I contacted the company and was advised by [redacted] my order would ahip on 9/18 (aside from the fact the email on 9/13 already said it shipped). Mr. [redacted] also made it clear it had ONLY beem 11 business days since my payment cleared. Per their 2-5 business days MOST

receive their order. However, they are covered for up to 13 business days in case of delays. I sent an email regarding what I was told by USPS and it was ignored. This is a lie! Lets do the math, I ordered on 8/22 and as of the date I filed this complaint I received NOTHING. I accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS thinking THEY would follow them. THE LIED ANS SENT TRACKING INFORMATION FOR PRODUCTS NEVER SHIPPED. THEN THEY IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS. AS OF TODAY I HAVE MY REFUND AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A FRAUDULENT COMPANY SICK AS THIS ONE.

On June 29, 2013 I ordered three of the beauty boxes through The Pink Box and paid through my paypal account. The total was $55 with shipping included. I checked my bank account and the money has been taken out. A month or month and a half later I noticed I had not received my boxes. I sent an e-mail through the online website explaining the issue but never heard back. I have sent two more e-mails since then and have called the only number I can find for this company and have not heard back from anyone at all. It has been two and a half months since I ordered my products and I have not received them or heard back from anyone in this company after four attempts at reaching them. Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a full refund of my purchase price, including the shipping.
