This company called me up and set up a time to come to my house to service my vacuum cleaner. The person said they would be here around 2 pm. No one has come to my home or called me to say they are running late. You would think that someone would be in the office since it is still early in the afternoon. I've left 3 calls and still no one has gotten a hold of me. This is no way to run a business.

Review: Spectrum Enterprises- Rainbow- We purchased a Rainbow vacuum in December of 2012. We retuned the vacuum within the three day window of cancellation and the vacuum was picked up at our home. Spectrum Enterprises charged our credit card and did not return the money when we cancelled the order. We had a $2500 charge on the card for over a year accruing interest. We tried working with the owner of the company for reimbursement. He paid $400 of the money owed, but he has not made another payment since January of 2014. He will not return phone calls or text messages to pay back the remaining balanced owed. Meanwhile we are continuing to pay interest on the original charge.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of the remaining money owed of $2100. I am willing to forgive the interest charged on the balance.
