we have mailed [redacted] and insurance appraisal made and signed by a GIA certified gemologist and corrected her name and address on our computers This should take care of her complaint

The customer purchased two Glacier gold rings from Miners Gems in Juneau on June 3rd for a total of $including taxBoth rings were sized to fitOur receipt clearly states that there no no cash refunds after days of purchase and altered merchandise is non refundableWe do not recall any correspondence from this customer about any issues with the purchaseWe cannot refund the sale but if there is any repair required, Alaska is closed for the winter but we can take care of it in our Carlsbad CA officeI can be contacted directly at [redacted] Regards Meeta J [redacted] email- [redacted] @gmail.com

We are in touch with the customer and are taking care of the repair. The ring will be fixed and mailed back to her
