Review: I pay by contract 1250 dollars to get 1250000 ralestate laon but [redacted] Spectrum funding solutions,corp take 1250 dollars and after that not unsring my phone calls.Desired Settlement: OR company have to provid me 1250000 laon or refund 1250 fee .

Review: I recently made an offer on a Retail Center at [redacted] in [redacted]. My offer was eventually accepted and I proceeded to find funding through a private lender, Spectrum Funding Solutions. They offered me a good rate for the full cost plus closing costs. To proceed, I sent them their standard application, an application fee of $2900 (refundable), my personal information and the executive summary on the project. The application fee was for a loan of $2.9M and was to either be refundable or be applied to the first month’s mortgage payment. At first, working with them was very easy and they initially supplied the pre-approval letter. According to [redacted]) everything was looking good with no issues. The next step was to do the title search, issue the Promissory Note, and wire the funds into my account. Everything was completed on 8/**/14 and I was expecting the funds the next day. Haven’t heard from them since and I have been emailing or calling at least once a day, but no response. I’m looking at the return of my application fee ($2900) as they promised but have not acknowledged my numerous requests.
